Using ToolNest

ToolNest is provided free of charge for personal and professional use. Our tools run entirely in your browser to help with everyday text and data tasks — formatting, converting, generating and cleaning up content.

Please use ToolNest lawfully and considerately. Do not use our tools to generate content for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes, to attack or disrupt our website, or to attempt to bypass its normal operation. We may restrict access for use that puts the site or other visitors at risk.

Your responsibility for tool results

Our tools are designed to be accurate for everyday use, but you are responsible for checking any result before relying on it — especially for passwords, hashes, encoded data, or anything used in an important decision or a production system. Always keep a copy of your original input until you have verified the output.

We do our best to keep every tool working correctly, but ToolNest is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our tools.

Intellectual property

The ToolNest name, design, and original written content (including our guides) belong to ToolNest. Any text, files, or data you enter into a tool remain yours — since processing happens locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any rights to that content.

Third-party services

ToolNest may use privacy-conscious analytics and advertising partners, including Google AdSense, after approval. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves, for example when a new tool or feature is added. Continued use of ToolNest after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
